Special exhibition: "For freedom! Rastatt and the 1848/49 Revolution"

With a special exhibition, the Rastatt City Museum commemorates the Baden struggle for freedom during the Baden Revolution of 1848/49. Numerous objects and original documents are used to retell the story of how the first liberal movements in Baden and Rastatt led to a radical struggle for co-determination and basic rights and ultimately to the suppression of democratic demands. The special exhibition can be seen at the Stadtmuseum until January 12, 2025,
